Eric Harrison

Born and raised in Houston, Eric was quickly introduced to multiple sports at an early age. He grew up watching his older siblings, friends and now professional athletes compete. He attended North Shore High School, a nationally ranked school, and played as a defensive back for the football team. Eric was a part of the 2003 State Champs his sophomore year and was selected to the District 5-A’s All Conference team his junior and senior year. After high school, he took his talents to Navarro Jr College while majoring in physical education. After a stellar career at Navarro Jr College and freshman All Conference and preseason All-American awards, Eric went on to play in the Arena Football League for the Arizona Outlaws and the Bemidji Axemen.

Through his own athletic experience, Eric has now instilled a strong passion for helping young athletes be successful on and off the field/court. He wants to be able to train & coach athletes, but also mentor them along their journey to help them get to the next level.

Keighley Harrison

Keighley is a certified personal trainer with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology.

​

​Her passion for sports started at a young age. She excelled in soccer, gymnastics, and basketball. She continued her athletic journey playing D1 soccer at the University of South Dakota, where she earned her bachelor's degree in kinesiology. After college, Keighley discovered powerlifting and competed for three years, winning first place multiple times in her weight class and earning the title of best female lifter in several meets. Later on, she returned to competitive soccer, playing in various coed and women's leagues before trying out for the inaugural UPSL Women's semi-pro soccer league in 2023, where she has played for two seasons.

With her extensive background in sports, kinesiology degree, and experience in strength and conditioning programs, she has gained a wealth of knowledge on exercise, nutrition, proper lifting mechanics, and muscle building techniques. Her specialization lies in strength training for athletes of all ages and sports. Additionally, she offers soccer skills training for youth athletes.
