This class will consist of:

  *15 min warmup

  *30 min speed & agility

  *30 min strength, plyometrics, & core

Group Class - In-Season Football Training

*these classes are designed for football athletes only

12-1:15pm

This class will consist of:

  *15 min warmup

  *15 min mobility & core

  *45 min of agility & skill work
